White Bean Primavera

Ingredients
3Â tablespoons butter
1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
1 zucchini
1 bunch asparagus
1 carrot
1 cup peas
1 teaspoon oregano
3 tins cannellini beans
1 cup heavy cream
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)

350g pasta of choice
