  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3cm ginger

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 broccoli

  • 4 spring onions

  • ¼ cabbage

  • 1 packet bean sprouts

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce 

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 400g Singapore noodles
