1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tin coconut milk (400ml)
1 tin coconut cream (400ml)
1 lemon juiced
200g tomato paste

1 block firm tofu (500g)

2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
