Thai Lamb Curry (Thai Paste from scratch)

1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
2 sticks celery
1 carrot
1 zucchini
200g green beans
1 red capsicum
1kg diced lamb
1 tin coconut milk
2 tablespoons tomato paste

3cm ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch coriander
1 stick lemongrass
1 lime
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
