1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 lime
500g beef stir fry strips
1 red or green capsicum
2 carrots
1 broccoli
200g rice noodles (thick or thin)

1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lemongrass stalk
2 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 bunch coriander
4cm ginger
1 lime
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander

large non-stick fry pan or wok
medium sized pot
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
knife
chopping board
wooden/large spoon
small container or zip lock bag to freeze half of thai paste
