Teriyaki Salmon and Veg

1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
200g green beans
1 broccoli
1Â red capsicum
2 carrots
4Â skinless salmon fillets

1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons honey or sugar
2Â teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
