Teriyaki Chicken

1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
2 broccoli
500g chicken thigh

5 teaspoons  brown sugar
1 tablespoon honey
2cm ginger
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
