Sticky Soy Honey Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 brown onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3cm ginger

  • 1 broccoli

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 200g green beans

  • 1 cup peas

  • 4 salmon fillets no skin

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 1 lime

Extra

Add on:


2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
