Spicy Sichuan Pork Noodles

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 red onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3cm ginger

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 500g pork mince

  • 4 baby bok choy or ¼ cabbage

  • 300g thick egg noodles
