  • 500g pork sausages

  • 2 leeks

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard

  • Zest of ½ lemon

  • 400g spiral pasta

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
