  • 1-2 kg pumpkin

  • 5 carrots

  • 1 brown onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 3cm ginger

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2-4 cups stock or 2 stock cubes or 2 teaspoons stock powder

  • 1 tin coconut milk
