Osso Bucco Casserole

Ingredients
4 osso bucco
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 brown onions
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 carrots
3 sticks celery
3 cloves garlic
1 tin diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons thyme
1 beef stock cube or 1 teaspoon stock powder
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
