Osso Bucco Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 osso bucco

  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 2 brown onions

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 sticks celery

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tin diced tomatoes

  • 2 teaspoons thyme

  • 1 beef stock cube or 1 teaspoon stock powder

Extra

Add on:


2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)

  • can opener if needed for the tins
