Orzo with Spinach, Feta & Peas

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ½ bunch spring onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 250g spinach

  • 1¾ cups stock or 2 stock cubes or 2 teaspoons stock powder

  • 1.5 cups orzo

  • Zest from 1 lemon

  • 200g feta cheese

  • 1 cup peas

  • ½ cup fresh dill or parsley or coriander

  • measuring cups

  • strainer

  • grater for lemon zest

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put the family sized meal in
