  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2cm ginger

  • 1 red capsicum

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 sticks celery

  • ¼ cabbage

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

  • 2 cups uncooked white rice

  • 1 tin coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or maple syrup

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon stock powder or 1 stock cube
