Meatballs

 

  • 500g beef mince

  • 500g pork mince

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 brown onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs

  • 1 egg

 

Marinara Sauce

 

  • 1 jar passata (700g)

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Extra

Add on:


300g pasta of choice

or

Brown rice or basmati rice (4-5 cups cooked)

  • 1 medium sized pot

  • 1 large oven baking tray

  • strainer

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • 1 tablespoon

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put family sized meal in
