Lamb Korma (diced lamb)

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
3cm ginger
2 carrots
200g green beans
1 red capsicum
1 zucchini
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 lime
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tin coconut milk
1kg diced lamb
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
