Koren Lentils

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 450g mushrooms

  • 2 tins lentils

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 3cm ginger

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 broccoli

  • 200g green beans

Extra

Add on:


2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)

  • 1 medium sized bowl

  • strainer

  • measuring cups

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put the family sized meal in
