2 tablespoons sesame oil
450g mushrooms
2 tins lentils
3 cloves garlic
3cm ginger
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 broccoli
200g green beans

Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
