Korean Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 500g beef mince

  • 1 brown onion

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 red capsicum

  • 2 carrots

  • 1 broccoli

 

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar

  • ⅓ cup soy sauce

  • 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 4cm ginger

Extra

Add on:


2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)

  • 1 large non-stick frypan or wok

  • 1 bowl

  • measuring cups

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put the family sized meal in
