500g beef mince
1 brown onion
4 cloves garlic
1Â red capsicum
2 carrots
1 broccoli

⅓ cup soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
1Â tablespoon sesame oil
4cm ginger

Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
