Ingredients
1 brown onion
2Â garlic cloves
3cm ginger
100g butter
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground paprika
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tin coconut cream (400ml)
Juice of 1 lemon
200g tomato paste
1Â kg chicken thigh
1 broccoli
2 carrots
1 zucchini
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
