Brussel Sprouts & Chickpea Orzo (pasta)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 4 cups brussels sprouts

  • 2 shallots

  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • ½ cup walnuts

  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives 

  • 200g feta cheese 

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 cups dry orzo pasta

  • measuring cups

  • juicer (for lemon)

  • strainer

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put the family sized meal in
