Brazilian Fish Stew

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
2 red capsicum
200g green beans
1 zucchini
2 teaspoons cumin powder
2 teaspoons paprika
500g firm white fish
1 tin coconut milk (400ml)
1.5 cups vegetable stock or 1 stock cube or 1 teaspoon stock powder
1 lime
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
