Beef Tacos

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 500g beef mince

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • ½ teaspoon oregano

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • ½ cup water

 

For Serving:

 

  • 8 tortillas

  • ¼ lettuce

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 red onion

  • Shredded cheese

  • 1 medium non-stick fry pan or wok

  • knife

  • chopping board

  • 1 teaspoon

  • ½ cup measuring cup

  • wooden/large spoon

  • container to put the meal in

  • small containers to put chopped lettuce/tomato/onion
