Asian Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 brown onion
2 cloves garlic
2 carrots
1 broccoli
500g chicken thigh
1/4 cup stock or 1 teaspoon stock powder or 1 stock cube
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Extra
Add on:
2 cups uncooked brown or white rice (makes 4-5 cups cooked)
